The Clubhouse is a new approach to after school care that draws kids into explorations of their own inner talents. The Clubhouse spends many of their afternoon playing and working together in independent play and very creatively guided activities. We will focus on activities, arts and crafts that deal with the finer things of life, like making dough bread art and designing paper dolls and creating really neat shrinky dink jewelry. They will be up to their elbows in paint and glue as they create masterpieces and creations. They will focus on activities and crafts of a very practical nature. Projects include making a bird house, kite to fly, model planes, and collages. They will do a lot of playing with gears, gizmos and K-Nex. They will play basketball, soccer, volleyball along with other games in our regulation size gym.
